Joseph Murray is a partner at Hart Baxley Daniels & Holton specializing in intellectual property registration, licensing and litigation.  He is an experienced litigator, having argued in numerous United States federal courts of appeal and district courts, and before the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.  His litigation experience ranges from patent infringement and other intellectual property infringement actions to commercial claims involving hedge funds, theft of trade secrets, haute couture fashion and jewelry, entertainment contracts and corporate fraud.
In addition to his courtroom practice, Mr. Murray participates in dispute resolution through arbitration. Joseph has arbitrated in the United States under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, the American Arbitration Association, the National Arbitration Foundation, and under ad hoc rules.
